Credit River Township residents are invited to attend a town hall forum to meet the candidates running for two new seats on the board of supervisors in the May 6 election.

The forum is set for 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 23 in the meeting room at Legends Golf Club. All filed candidates will be invited to appear before the residents to introduce themselves, address township issues and answer questions from the audience. Filing for the special election will start Saturday, April 19 (a few days later than expected due to a public notification issue).

The forum, sponsored by Credit River Citizens for Change, will be conducted by a professional moderator. Free refreshments will be served.
