Are we seeing more and more accidents on Highway 13? Or is it just me? A couple of action points here should be addressed!!

Where 13 goes from 2 lanes down to 1 after the Target in Savage, Can the Speed Racer crowd stop trying to race down the right lane only to merge in at the last minute only to be blocked out by the " Hey your not getting in front of me" driver. On the other hand can the the Left lane driver let the right lane driver merge in?

Where 13 intersects at the Prior Lake Marina, How many drivers know that you CANNOT!!!! pass on the right there???? Stop It your a accident waiting to happen!!!

Last but not least the speed limit is 45!!!!!!! it is 45 for a reason!!!!!

Please Prior Lake and Savage Police force enforce this!!! Sit in the Marina parking lot and just watch how many drivers pass on the right side at that intersection.
