Starting at 8 a.m. Monday, April 14, County Road 82 will be closed between county roads 17 and 81 (Howard Lake Road).

A detour will be provided via County Road 17 to County Road 42 to County Road 83.

The road section will be closed until mid-July as Scott County Public Works crews reconstruct the road and add turn lanes and a bypass lane on County Road 17. The right turn lane on County Road 82 at County Road 17 will be removed as part of safety improvements at that intersection.

The project is expected to be completed in mid-July.
