Neuman is the daughter of Randall Neuman of Minneapolis and Lizbeth Neuman of Prior Lake. She graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2002 and from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in 2006. She is a personal trainer at Life Time Fitness.

Puckett is the son of Kenneth and Leanne Puckett of Bloomington. He graduated from Bloomington Lutheran High School in 2001 and is attending Normandale Community College. He is a marketing manager and truck driver for Pucketts Recycling.

A May 31, 2008 wedding is planned at Bethel Evangelical Church in Minneapolis.
