Tawyna Marie Lies of Prior Lake graduated June 2006 with degrees in mathematics and psychology from the University of California, San Diego, where she served as vice president of her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega-Iota Nu.
Lies plans to attend graduate school to obtain her doctorate of psychology and masters of criminal justice. She is the daughter of Maria A. Lies of Prior Lake and is a 2002 Prior Lake High School graduate.
