Police calls for Oct. 1 to 8

The Prior Lake Police Department responded to the following incidents between Oct. 1 and 8. This is not a comprehensive list of all incidents to which the department responded.

DWI

Oct. 3: A 28-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested and jailed for third-degree driving while impaired (DWI), a stop-sign violation, failure to display a front license plate and no headlights after police conducted a traffic stop near Pleasant Street and Main Avenue.

Oct. 4: An 18-year-old Shakopee man was arrested and jailed for fourth-degree DWI, driving after suspension and a Scott County warrant after police made a traffic stop near Panama Avenue and Highway 13. The passengers, two 19-year-old Prior Lake men, were both cited for minor consumption of alcohol.

Oct. 4: A 22-year-old Shakopee man was arrested and jailed for fourth-degree DWI near Wilds Path and 140th Street.

Oct. 5: A 20-year-old Prior Lake man was cited for underage drinking and driving, minor consumption of alcohol and driving after suspension near Amblewood Drive and Crest Avenue.

Theft

Oct. 1: An iPod valued at $300 was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 14400 block of Shady Beach Trail.

Oct. 1: Sunglasses, skis and cash valued at $343 were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 15000 block of Fairlawn Shores.

Oct. 1: A pair of sunglasses valued at $440 was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 5400 block of Fairlawn Shores.

Oct. 1: Theft of a GPS valued at $400 was reported from an unlocked vehicle in the 6400 block of Conroy Street.

Oct. 6: Equipment and a toolbox valued at $794 was reported stolen from a truck in the 3200 block of Wilds Ridge.

Burglary

Oct. 3: A burglary was reported in the 4100 block of Heritage Lane. It was reported that a television and ottoman valued at $2,350 were stolen.
