Grilling? Does a toaster

Grilling? Does a toaster oven count?

I'm not a true Minnesotan. I don't hunt. I don't fish. I don't snowmobile. I don't do boats.

You couldn't pay me to go to a lake cabin for a weekend. To do what? Waterski? Sit around the lake or a fire and drink? No thanks. I don't drink (well, maybe one or two beers a year and it has to be some sort of an occasion. And the beer is usually some sort of import beer I've never tried).

And I never grill out. If somebody makes it for me on the grill, I'll eat it. But I'm not grilling anything.

Perhaps, I should move!

Don't you get cold standing

Don't you get cold standing outside over the grill? I love how simple grilling out can be, but I'd much rather make something in the crockpot and stay inside once the temperatures drop.

I agree. A couple years ago

I agree. A couple years ago I bought a gas grill. Now I BBQ all year long. There is something about grilling that makes weather less gloomy.

Actually, we've been known

Actually, we've been known to toss something on the grill in the middle of winter at our house! There's nothing like some chicken in a Caribbean sauce on the outdoor grill to make the weather feel a little less gloomy.

There is still a little summer left to enjoy barbecuing before winter hits!
