Lydia Hurlbert, 17, of Prior Lake and one of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church’s newest youth directors, Allen Mengis make lefse for the annual lutefisk and lefse dinner that will take place at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 5634 Luther Road on Saturday, Nov. 17. Seating for the dinner will be at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. The dinner costs $14 for adults and $6 for children ages 6 to 10. All the money raised will go towards supporting youth mission trips to serve others. The dinner will include: lutefisk, lefse, Swedish meatballs, red cabbage, potatoes and gravy, fruit soup and cookies. (Photo by Shawn Hogendorf)
