The White House announced Thursday that President Bush's daughter, Jenna, is engaged.

Jenna got engaged Wednesday, Aug. 15, to Henry Hager of Richmond, Va. No wedding date has been set.

The groom? Hager, is a 26-year old tied to the political scene by his dad, John, and now, his father-in-law to be.

Yup, he's a Republican.

Previously, Mrs. Bush told the media the relationship between Jenna and Henry wasn't serious (perhaps to keep the press at bay? I don't think she was in the dark.)

My main question with the whole announcement is totally unrelated to who he is, or where they get married, or politics, or Jenna's new book.

I just want to know, "Where's the groom? What does he look like?"

All of the photos I've seen in media coverage relating to the engagement are of Jenna smiling, standing next to her dad, in a file photo. Or just Jenna, sans groom-to-be.

No groom in sight. Poor Henry.

I Googled him and eventually came up with a few photos. Nothing of White House press corps quality.

Maybe, they're making sure they don't scare Henry off? Afterall, it doesn't look easy to be part of the Bush clan right now.

I did find a few pictures of Henry and Jenna on the Web. There's one I won't post because it's questionable in content (they're smooching).
