It was amazing. A world of difference. I'm cured!

I don't know how motion sickness drugs work, but I can verify they're awesome.

I was able to cruise the river all day on the Fourth of July without turning green.

But wait ... a new summer ailment. (it wouldn't be summer if I didn't inflict injury on myself in some fashion.)

At some point over the holiday weekend, I was bitten by a mystery bug on the ankle.

There aren't any tell-tale signs that it was poisonous, it just hurts like heck.

My boyfriend wouldn't take any pity on me unless I acted like a grown-up and cleaned it out with peroxide or iodine.

While sulking on the bathroom floor and swabing peroxide onto my mystery wound, I read the bottle.

Did you know peroxide is used as a mouth wash/gargle?

Of course, I googled it, and it's also one of the chemicals used in glow sticks and hair bleach.

I'm hoping that the glow stick/mouth gargle/bleach works its magic.
