Do you think President Bush should pardon Libby?

Why?

Why not?

Bush shouldn't pardom Libby...

Bush shouldn't pardom Libby because no matter what his actual role was and who he is protecting, he is at least partially guilty. Will Bush pardon him? Not if Bush still has loyalty to his party and his friends and values his job. Pardoning him would be the end of his mediocre reign in the White House.

Well, considering I am one of the few Conservative, way to the right side of the isle women around here...I disagree with everything you posted.

First, pardons are a part of a Presidents privilage, and this case should never have gone to trial. This mans life is turned upside down because why? He is protecting noone. Mr. Libby has to serve prison time because? No matter how the left tries to justify, twist and turn this 'scandal', no answer, no legitimate answer can be given except to make a mochary of this administration and to apparently "bring down the White House."

Second, of course the President should pardon Mr. Libby. The Presidents loyalty to his party? RINO is becoming a bit to familar in politics today. His real party is disappointed by him not standing up the the same conservative principles he was elected on. He is catering toooo much to the left, and the left wants to crucify him. However, he is one of conviction. If President Bush feels that Mr. Libby should be pardoned, then he will pardon him. Marbles said "...values his job?" I dont quite understand that one, but he does value his job marbles. He deals with constant scrutinizing day after day by the Bush haters and yet doesn't back down from his beliefs/morals. We should all admire that.

I have finally accepted the lack of common sense with todays left. But have always asked the question to those..."Doesn't it get old whining and playing the victim everyday?"

Just my .02
