"You Only Live Once" by The Strokes. The lyrics are a bit abstract, but all kind of relate to the title in some way -- basically saying there are all kinds of things in this world that can leave you disillusioned, but you can choose to walk right past them and maintain your own good vibe, sort of espousing a live-and-let-live attitude. And the music is amazing -- the saucy beat and good-time attack of the band really lift you up. I don't know if there's such a thing as a skip-strut, but that's what the song makes me want to do. "I Feel It All" by Feist is a great theme song for me. It's extremely upbeat and makes me want to dance with my arms in the air. Plus the lyrics "I feel it all, I feel it all, my wings are wide, my wings are wide, wild card inside, wild card inside" make me think I should just live life in the moment and feel free to just be, to let go of all worries and insecurities.
