The Prior Lake Players will be holding open auditions for the Rodgers & Hammerstein classic, “The Sound of Music.” Auditions will be Wednesday, January 3 and Thursday, January 4, 2007 at Twin Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake. Auditions for children’s roles will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. both nights, with adult roles from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

Those auditioning should bring a short, prepared song. An accompanist will be provided.

Performances of “The Sound of Music” will be March 23-24, 30-31 and April 6-7 at 7:00 p.m., with matinees March 25 and April 1 at 2:00 p.m. at Twin Oaks Middle School.
